How to setup your iPhone e-mail account:
Listed below are the steps required to setup iPhone e-mail client that is on every iPhone. From the main screen of the iPhone, navigate through these settings and make the indicated changes. The outline below follows the same screens that you will see on the iPhone, so configuration should be fairly straight forward. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to Contact Us.
Step 1. On your iPhone, start by going to "Settings", then "Mail..."
Step 2. Go to "Accounts..." ensure that the "Account = On"
Under "Account Information", fill in the required fields shown below replacing the example information with your entries:
Step 1. Name: Your First/Last name
Step 2. Address: youremail@domain.com
Step 3. Description: User's email
Under "Incoming Mail Server", fill in the required fields shown below:
Step 1. Host Name: mail.webtrix.net
Step 2. Username: <your username>
Step 3. Password: <your password>
Under "Outgoing Mail Server", fill in the required fields shown below:
Step 1. Host Name: mail.webtrix.net:587
Step 2. Username: <your username>
Step 3. Password: <your password>
Under "Advanced", go to "Mailbox Behaviors":
Step 1. Drafts Mailbox: Drafts
Step 2. Sent Mailbox: Sent Messages
Step 3. Deleted Mailbox: Deleted Messages
Step 4. Go to "Deleted Messages"
Step 5. Remove: Never
Step 6. Go to "Settings"
Step 7. Incoming Uses SSL: On
Step 8. Outgoing Uses SSL: Off
Step 9. Authentication: Password
Step 10. IMAP Path Prefix: Leave blank
You are all done! You are all set to send and receive email via your IPhone!
