Q) How do I get in touch with one of Webtrix’s support staff?

Q) How do I access my web site via FTP?

A) As long as your site has been granted FTP access, you can either access via a web browser such as Internet Explorer or by utilizing your favorite FTP software. Please click here for a set of Step-by-Step instructions on how to connect to your site via FTP.

Q) Can I use Microsoft's FrontPage software to access and edit my web site?

A) Yes! FrontPage server extensions can be enabled for FrontPage access. Just let us know and we'll do the rest!

Q) How do I set up my Outlook/Outlook Express mail client?

Q) I am receiving a "Spam Report" each day in my email, is this email of any use to me?

A) Yes it is...This report allows you to see what email had been blocked from coming through to your account for the day. It also allows you to retrieve any email listed on the report that may not be considered spam.

Q) There is an email listed on my Spam Report that is not actual spam, how do I clear the address from further blocking?

A) There are two things you can do. The first is email our customer support with the email address in question. We can then manually enter the address so that no future blocks are permitted. The second is for you to send an email to the address which will automatically clear the return sender for future emailings.

Q) I keep receiving emails which I consider spam, how do I have them blocked from future delivery?

A) You can email our customer support staff with the email address in question, we will then add the address to our "Blocked Senders" list so that no further mailings come through.
